- Data Engineering team is rapidly expanding due to business need stemming from digital transformation efforts.
- Work on a team responsible for building a public cloud stack.
- Building out capabilities for a center of excellent surrounding data products and pipelines.
- Creating a Common Data Model (CDM) - dimensionally modelled data warehouse and Azure data lake storage. Code written in Spark and Data Bricks compute engine. Metadata driven.

- Must be in the following states to be considered for employment: NC, SC, VA, GA
- Bachelors degree preferred. Similar work experience will be considered
- Experience building and optimizing highly scalable data sets.
- Experience with Big Data pipelines and architecture, supporting semi-structured data processing
- Knowledge of and experience with data warehousing concepts and design
- Strong SQL skills - Writing and optimizing
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming languages, including:
- Python, Scala, C, Java, or .Net/C#
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience working with SQL Server, NoSQL Database, or Cosmos DB.
- Experience working with Azure Event Hubs or Apache Spark or Kafka for data-processing architecture.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Data Visualization tools like Trino
- Healthcare data experience preferred.
