Job Description:

Position Summary

The Reporting Analyst will work with Artificial Intelligence Governance and Model Risk Management partners to support and influence the execution of the AI and MRM policies and procedures. Role Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain reporting across all AI and MRM model inventory and relevant required processes. • Develop reporting to show the status of each model within each required process. • Support the tracking and remediation of potential gaps for policies and procedures. • Communicating results to stakeholders, including risk management. • Identifies opportunities for process/reporting enhancements and works cross functionally (LOB partners, AI, and MRM) to understand end-user needs are being met. • Supports the reporting and analysis requirements of various stakeholders by creating new, and supporting existing, scheduled and ad-hoc reports / analysis. • Ownership of certain reports/SharePoint processes and develop documentation of reporting where needed. • Effectively creates a compelling story using data; Able to make recommendations and articulate conclusions supported by data • Effective at prioritization, and time and project management • BS/Masters in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science or similar discipline • 2-5+ years professional experience • Ability to work in a large, complex organization, and influence various stakeholders and partners • Effectively presents findings, data, and conclusions to influence senior leaders • Demonstrated leadership skills; Ability to exert broad influence among peers • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Sees the broader picture and is able to identify new methods for doing things • Process Oriented • Able to work with minimal oversight • Experience with SR11-12 and/or Model Risk Management requirements

Required Skills

• Strong SharePoint designer, development, and maintenance on lists, workflows, and administration • Strong database skills - SQL is a must; Ability to join tables, use aggregate/analytic functions and correlated sub-queries, etc. • Ability to write and dissect Excel macros/VBA • Experience working in Data tools (Alteryx) and issue management tools (Jira/Horizon) • Experience with database development (designing database tables, views, and stored procedures) • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau) BI tool development a plus. • Experience working in an Agile or Agile-like environment a plus • Willingness to work both collaboratively and independently and share universally • Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail • Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data

Desired Skills

• Strong SharePoint designer, development, and maintenance on lists, workflows, and administration • Strong database skills - SQL is a must; Ability to join tables, use aggregate/analytic functions and correlated sub-queries, etc. • Ability to write and dissect Excel macros/VBA
