- Understanding the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) standards, our maturity of current adherence and driving the translation of those standards, based on our gaps, into goals, objectives and operating plans
- Partner with LOB to drive quality in Core Finance group data by developing processes and controls for the governance of data; defining and implementing processes to support data quality measurement, reporting, and remediation; and facilitating and supporting the CFO Data Council and Data Owners.
- Serve as a key point of contact for all topics data compliance related and managing operational elements of EDM relationship.
- Requires business acumen, business partnering, strong communication skills and knowledge of data management and governance.
- Develop cross functional relationship with technology, Finance lines of business (including Executive level), reporting groups, and Enterprise data management.
- Provide deep subject matter expertise related to the Finance owned Authorized Data Sources they are aligned to as it relates to EDM Standards and the services provided by Finance Data Management team.
- Partner with the Data Domain Subject Matter Experts aligned to the Finance owned Authorized Data Sources in operational governance and compliance tasks, ensuring consistency and quality in administration of all responsibilities.
- Key point of contact across CFO as it relates to Data. Building relationships across LOB, both within CFO, and outside of CFO.
- Partnering with technology, Enterprise, other Data Steward Executives and Data Management Executives.
- Bachelor's Degree or 4-year equivalent (Accounting, Finance, Information Systems Management & Technology, Computer Science etc.)
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite software skills (Excel, Access, Word, SharePoint, One Note, Project)
- Emerging technology skills – Tableau, SQL, Alteryx
- Data Governance and/or data management experience

- Strong organizational ability and extremely detail oriented
- Experience in the articulation and development of business processes and action plans
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels (i.e. colleagues to senior management) and situations (i.e. one-on-one to presentations)
- Ability to multi-task and balance changes in priorities
- Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management programs, strategies and standards
- Finance/Regulatory Reporting Knowledge
