DBA Oracle 4

For a financial client we need DBA Oracle 4. This position is based in Durham, NC. We are Primarily looking for W2 Candidates and not looking for Third Party Candidates. The Expertise We're Looking For

• In depth hand on experience of the concepts, architecture and administration of Oracle databases
• Proven incident and crisis management experience supporting critical enterprise databases
• Familiarity and awareness of implementing and supporting databases in an AWS Cloud Infrastructure environment.
• Financial Services experience and ability to understand the product and business value of the DBA technical role
• Maintaining the availability of Oracle database version 19c, 12c in a production and non-production environments on Linux platforms.
• Solve DB and SQL performance issues and help in tuning DB as well as SQL.
• Install and support GoldenGate setups.

• Experienced Oracle technical DBA who can analyze and implement database technology infrastructure solutions with minimal supervision required and demonstrate the technical capability to resolve technical issues quickly.
• The ability to collaborate well with your team members and influence your technology peers
• Demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies and communicate the business value of a new technology solution
• Can evaluate, craft and implement project database design solutions

• Implement database technology solutions that meet the business requirements within the agreed upon timeframes.
• Perform application database administration functions including database performance tuning, database application design, physical data modeling, and environment support
• Engage with Technology Engineering and Infrastructure groups to plan and manage changes into the production environment
• Triage and resolve database technical issues efficiently whilst mitigating the impact to the business
• Ability to analyze technical database problems and implement solutions and/or workarounds that seek the business problem
• Be the key technical member of the project delivery team
