ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMakes sure that the customer leaves with a full understanding of what they bought and that they happy with their purchase.Fully explains the documents to new ownersMust demonstrate the highest customer service to new owners through cancellation periodChecks deals dailyManages sales pitch of sales repsCommunicates with other Travel Club Deeders to make sure all procedures are uniformDoes all follow up calls for new ownersMakes sure that Sales reps, Contract processing, and deeding are updated on all changesKeeps records of deals, reps, and all involved in each individual dealMust always comply with all other department expectations and requirementsRegular attendance as scheduled is necessary.
