Please see below for the details on this desktop support position!Location: 531 Northridge Park Drive Rural Hall, NC Requirements:3+ years of experience in a desktop support role troubleshooting a variety of issuesExperience with Windows 10Strong customer service skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExperience with SCCM is a plus Day to day activities: Provides support for all desktop users, including problem assessment and resolution. Ensures deployment of PCs (adds, moves, changes). Works effectively with PC imaging software such as SCCM. Ensures deployment, management, and support of PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices. Maintains working knowledge of remote connectivity software. Analyze, troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of PC problems related to hardware and software. Assists with hardware/software installations. Participates in the planning and execution of the migration to new software and hardware, such as new operating systems and upgraded equipment. Writes effective technical documentation for end users, as well as for team members. Keeps management informed of unresolved issues or problems that may need special handling.
