job summary:

Position Summary

  • Our client has an Enterprise SDLC Automation platform which is fully automated and has integrated software development and delivery, from requirements through release. It provides development teams an enterprise-reusable and automated continuous integration/delivery service. It optimizes design, development integration, testing and release stages across all delivery partners
  • We are looking for an experienced DevOps Coach & Trainer with a demonstrable working knowledge of end-to-end Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Deployment (CD)

Required Skills

  • Design, develop and deliver training courses working with the Product Engineering and Learning Development teams.
  • Train the Line of Business technical trainers providing demos and learning content so that they can provide training to Development and DevOps community across Global Technology in Finance. Provide support to Trainers as a subject matter expert
  • Develop technical documentation based on hands-on experience with solutions
  • Design and develop application samples for each of the capabilities for end user community
  • Develop Best Practices and Patterns based on capabilities and cross-tool integration

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering Training
  • Demonstrable experience in creating Training Content including tools
  • Working knowledge of some of the DevOps tools like
  • Atlassian Confluence for Documentation and Wiki
  • Atlassian Jira for Work Management
  • Atlassian Bitbucket for Source Code Management
  • Cloudbees Jenkins for Build Orchestration
  • JFrog Artifactory for Artifacts Management
  • Red Hat Ansible Tower for Deployment
  • XL Release for Release Orchestration
  • OpenShift for Container Applications
  • SonarQube for Code Quality.
  • Good Development experience in one of the Programming/Scripting languages (Java, .NET, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, PowerShell, YAML)
  • Passion for Coaching & Training
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Work ethic with good time management skills & team collaboration
  • Experience working in an SAFe based Lean-Agile environment

location: CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

job type: Contract

salary: $85 - 95 per hour

work hours: 9am to 5pm

education: Bachelors
