DevOps Linux Engineer

This role will be enabling automation and supporting the Linux will be responsible for understanding the existing automation configurations, setting automation goals and facilitating advancement towards those goals. You will contribute directly to efficiency improvements, improved test coverage and early problem detection.Technologies include various build and test automation tools such as pyTest, Python, Jenkins, build servers, Docker, DejaGnu (expect/tcl), scripting, setup of networked test targets, remote power cycling, remote image initialization, lab creation and maintenanceKnowledge and experience:Low-level/Advanced Linux OS knowledgeServer Grade hardwareConfiguration of serversRAID/LVM Controller & ConfigurationKnowledge of rack-mount serversJenkins (3 years experience)Workings of generic jobsBuild pipelines, pipelines (scripted, declarative)Ability to administrateShell/Bash and Python Scripting (3 years experience)Dev Ops (3 years experience)Hypervisor/VM knowledgeKnowledge of: Open Nebula, VMWare, Qemu, Xen
