WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Be able to be hands on as well as manage infrastructure in lower environments for both on-prem and cloud based environment.
  • Manage a team of DevOps Engineers through their prioritization of work, coordinating and scheduling daily/weekly/monthly activities, performance reviews etc.
  • The DevOps Manager will interact heavily with companies partners including C-Suite. Must have vigorous communication skills.
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to design, deploy, manage and document CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Automate and optimize deployment of applications and infrastructure both for on-prem and cloud environment.
HOW YOU QUALIFY:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  • 5+ years' experience working in a Linux/Unix environment, DevOps, Release Engineering or Software Engineering and Azure environment
  • Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases
  • Great communication skills coupled with a strong desire for personal development and learning
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated technical leadership
  • Experience working in managing Project with strong understanding of tools and automation frameworks
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to Coach and be open to be Coached to be effective problem solvers, to deal with ambiguity/unknowns, to connect with the big picture (business value), to call out barriers to delivery and, to be mission focused.
