Description Responsibilities:

Create high-quality digital assets including logos, banners, social media graphics, and interactive media.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define creative requirements.

Maintain and evolve brand standards across all digital platforms.

Stay current on industry trends and technology, incorporating these elements into design work.

Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience.

Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and executive leadership, refining based on feedback.

Work with web developers to implement designs and ensure their correct functionality.

Conduct regular competitor and customer analysis to understand current design trends.

Manage digital graphic design projects from concept through completion.

Test graphics across various media platforms and amend designs after feedback.

Develop illustrations, prototypes, and other design elements using software.

Review designs for errors before printing or publication.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.

Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction as needed.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Assist in crafting visual strategies and presentations for company-wide initiatives.

Liaise with external vendors and printers as necessary.

Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set timelines and select optimal forms of media for projects.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital space.

Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools.

Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch.

Strong knowledge of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

Capable of presenting concepts and ideas to stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time and meet deadlines.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

Experience with HTML and CSS is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design patterns.
