Cyber Security Leader - Supply Chain Security and Data ResiliencyWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Leader to join our organization. As the Cyber Security Leader focusing on Supply Chain Security and Data Resiliency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies and measures to safeguard our supply chain and ensure the resiliency of our data assets. You will lead a team of talented security professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to supply chain security and data resilience. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a strong understanding of cyber security principles, supply chain dynamics, and data protection strategies.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain security program, including risk assessment, vendor management, and security controls implementation.

Implement data resilience strategies and solutions to protect against data loss, data breaches, and service disruptions.

Lead the evaluation and selection of security technologies and tools to enhance supply chain security and data resilience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, and IT, to ensure that supply chain security and data resilience requirements are effectively integrated into business processes.

Conduct regular assessments and audits of vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with security standards and contractual obligations.

Stay up to date with emerging threats and industry best practices related to supply chain security and data resilience and implement necessary measures to address evolving risks.

Lead incident response efforts related to supply chain security incidents and data breaches, ensuring a timely and effective response to minimize impacts.

Provide guidance and expertise to internal teams on supply chain security and data resilience matters, promoting a strong security culture throughout the organization.

Career Level10PLRequired Skills:8+ years of experience with Cyber Security principles, frameworks, and best practices.Experience in people and team management.Preferred Skills:Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CSSLP are highly desirable.Base Pay Range: $153,800/yr. - $256,300/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
