Are you ready to help us make the future?Develop technology vision for Honeywell’s logistics function and lead the project team to make it happen. The technologies you will build will be a part of the Honeywell Digital Operations Platform – delivering world-class capabilities by leveraging the ISC Data Hub. You will achieve this through detailed project plans, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to meet or exceed deliverables and commitments. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create logistics technology vision and lead team to build world-class digital products
Develop detailed project plans and technology roadmap
Lead the design and testing effort for logistics digital solutions
Ensure team delivers to milestones by establishing a robust MOS, managing risks, tracking performance, and reporting out key updates to leadership
Create and execute communication and change management plans
Augment Honeywell Digital Operations Platform by expanding data assets in the ISC Data Hub and deploying standard analytics
Balance stakeholder and customer expectations
YOU MUST HAVE
7+ years leadership role in logistics (transportation management, freight invoice audit, transportation procurement)
3+ years developing and deploying Logistics technology
5+ years hands on experience with top tier TMS (Oracle TM, Blue Yonder, SAP, E2Open)
3+ years managing enterprise wide projects

Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to actively engage in project tasks
Global company working experience
Technical background in IT, software development, data engineering
Proficient use of business technology – MS Project, Visio, Tableau
Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
