As a Director of P&L (Profit and Loss) here at Honeywell, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing and managing the profit and loss performance of the organization. You will report directly to our VP of Business Analysis and Planning and you will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a Hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial performance of the organization. You will lead a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you will drive financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities
Lead the P&L management function, overseeing financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence.
Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive profitability and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support financial analysis and reporting.
Manage and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Partner with stakeholders to drive financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

10+ years of experience in finance, P&L management, or a related field.
