- Lead DR program and manage the related projects
- Domain expertise in technology disaster recovery strategies and applying them to perform risk analyses and business impact analyses
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and support areas such as storage, database, networks, backups, security, and operating systems
- Establish best practices, standards, procedures, and other artifacts to support Disaster Recovery program.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to document, plan, exercise, and complete disaster recovery procedures.
- Identify process improvements and support ongoing maintenance activities to ensure disaster recovery plans are current and compliant.
- Manage the test lifecycle supporting and facilitating testing, post-testing review with infrastructure and applications teams.
- Partnering with business units to coordinate disaster recovery governance activities.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the DR program
- Keeping Technology Resiliency and Recovery plans up to date
- Partnering with Business units to ensure that program continuously improves, evolves, and matures.
