Disaster Recovery Analyst

Durham, NC/ Merrimack, NH/ Smithfield, RI/ Boston, MA/ Jersey City, NJ/ Westlake, TX (Hybrid)

6 months+ Contract

W2 Only

Must Have Skills:
  • Must have at least 5 years of data resiliency/ disaster recovery experience
  • Must have prior experience with Fusion
  • Must have testing experience with a variety of applications.

Nice to Have:
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement efforts
  • Understanding full life cycle of disaster recovery

The Expertise You Have:
  • You should have a deep technical knowledge on MS Office applications.
  • You should have strong organizational skills
  • Executive presence as collaboration, coordination and presentations to management is required
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills for quick turnaround
  • Assertiveness and clear articulation skills
  • Closely collaborate with Business and technical team to coordinate and ensure adequate DR measures.
  • Drive for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Lead DR program and manage the related projects
  • Domain expertise in technology disaster recovery strategies and applying them to perform risk analyses and business impact analyses
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and support areas such as storage, database, networks, backups, security, and operating systems
  • Establish best practices, standards, procedures, and other artifacts to support Disaster Recovery program.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to document, plan, exercise, and complete disaster recovery procedures.
  • Identify process improvements and support ongoing maintenance activities to ensure disaster recovery plans are current and compliant.
  • Manage the test lifecycle supporting and facilitating testing, post-testing review with infrastructure and applications teams.
