Looking for a driver to identify investment properties in and around Charlotte.

We have a very easy to use app to "pin" properties that you identify as "distressed" or investment properties.

Will also be asked to help with some onsite activities as putting lock boxes on properties and taking pictures of properties under contract.

Perfect for someone with a real estate license- if you have one, we can expand your opportunities and discuss more options as well.

If you are willing to door knock on select properties to get owners info it is a plus.

Training and tech supplied.

Must have a clean license and proof of insurance.
