Order Fulfillment Specialist (E-commerce)

We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help get our products from our shelves into our customers' hands. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in organizing and packing things perfectly, we’d love to have you on the team!

Key Responsibilities

Pick and Pack: Accurately pull items from inventory based on digital or printed packing slips.

Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping.

Secure Packaging: Wrap and pack orders securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Labeling: Generate and apply shipping labels using our e-commerce platform.

Inventory Restocking: Assist in organizing the workspace and notifying management when supplies or stock are low.

Requirements

High Attention to Detail: You must be able to spot the difference between similar products to ensure 100% accuracy.

Reliability: We need someone who shows up on time and is ready to work.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic shipping software and tablets/computers.

Legal: Must be 21+

Schedule & Pay Type: Full Time

Pay: $15 per hour with genuine opportunities for growth

Location: Asheville, NC 28801

food, beverage, hospitality, warehouse experience is a plus!
