Design and development of electrical system wiring harnesses, cable assemblies and the associated wiring groups for small construction equipment.

Troubleshooting and introducing electrical and electronics components and systems in mobile applications

Provide intelligent, reliable, cost effective Electrical and Electronics components and systems to the Building & Construction Products product groups

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

An accredited engineering degree in any of the following areas: electrical, electronic, computer, mechanical, agricultural or automotive related.

Demonstrated experience in the automotive, construction, agricultural, aerospace/aviation or similar mobile equipment industry is extremely desired.

At least 3 years experience

Experience with Creo Electrical Harness routing, Teamcenter database management, Creo Electrical schematics, electrical systems troubleshooting, hands on machine build support

Strong communication skills

Must be able to build relationships and be teachable, proactive, collaborative, accountable, dependable

Must have strong work ethic

Experience working with requirements capture, specifications development, FMEA, testing, validation and certifications development as necessary is desired

Team Leadership and project leadership skills desired

Innovative and professional with critical thinking
