Title: Equipment Services Business Systems AnalystLocation: Charlotte NC (On-Site 3 Days a Week)Duration: 6 Month Contract to Start Compensation: 27-31/Hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US Job Description: The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for serving as the primary liaison between IT technical staff and business end users. This role oversees system and data integrity, system functionality and usability, provides direct business user support for issue resolution; provides technical functional and requirements documentation; End user support and training documentation; performs system enhancement testing; and provides regular reporting on system health, error trends, problem root cause analysis, and enhancement/update timelines. This role will also be called upon to support other departmental projects and initiatives.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitors and corrects issues with system usability, data, and workflow reported by business users and automatic system monitoring reports; observes problem trends on frequent issues and documents, learnings, and solutions; tracks compliance, and reports on functionality to the appropriate business partner in order to support business operations and to improve processes
  • Administers user setup, security, access, and business role assignments in accordance with internal controls and regulatory compliance. Administer Mobile device management
  • Administers system functional and integration testing; Prepare testing documentation and results analysis documents; Prepares, manages, and leads system process improvement/change documentation and end user training
  • Prepares and manages system knowledge transfers, documentation, and training for continued education and new systems and software
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on system health, pending/in progress enhancements, error trends and root cause analyst; outage/upgrade schedules; Weekly technical meetings summaries
  • Provides support to departmental projects and priorities as directed by EQS leadership

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
