Ensure timely, quality, and accurate delivery of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and employee benefits related administrative compliance services for McGriff clients as part of the national employee benefit solutions team.

Complete Wrap documents, Section 125 Plans, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), Amendments, and Summaries of Material Modification for welfare benefit plans for delivery to clients.

Perform employee benefit plan discrimination testing in accordance with ERISA section 105(h), Internal Revenue Code Sections 125 and 129, or other similar requirements. Communicate results to clients and strategize on potential plan design solutions.

Assist clients in the preparation and filing of government filings including Form 5500 with applicable schedules and Summary Annual Reports.

Utilize department procedures and project tracking systems to achieve operational efficiencies and enhance client service.

Adhere to corporate compliance obligations, internal audit standards, data protection measures and business continuity plans.

Provide participant communication materials and required notices for McGriff clients required by ERISA and other applicable regulations.

Stay abreast of current events, legislations and emerging regulations with respect to group health and welfare benefit plans.

Peer review client deliverables provided by teammates to ensure accuracy and quality.

QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, legal, paralegal or other analytical field or equivalent education and related training

Analytical oriented with strong logic skills

Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work independently or on a team

Demonstrated proficiency of basic computer skills, such as Microsoft applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Three years of experience in ERISA Welfare Benefits Administration, employee benefits consulting, legal or compliance services

Prior management/supervisory experience

Other Advanced Degrees

Related industry licensing, certifications, and continuing education such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), America's Health Insurance Plan (AHIP), National Association of health Underwriters (NAHU), etc
