Established House Cleaner

About us

We are a family owned and operated cleaning company servicing Buncombe and Henderson Counties. We are seeking professional, motivated, high-quality cleaners and cleaning companies to partner with and build out our team.

We are seeking already established cleaners and/or cleaning companies to operate as sub-contractors for cleaning jobs.

Requirements:

Must be able to provide General Liability certificate of insurance for Business

Must have reliable transportation to and from job site

Must provide your own cleaning equipment and chemicals (list will be provided)

Able to pass a criminal background check

Must be a company or sub-contractor with at least 2 years cleaning experience

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning according according to standard requirements

Actively monitor and respond to job requests daily

Experience:

1-2+ years minimum previous experience in cleaning work

Strong and effective communication skills

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

Good time management skills to prioritize cleaning duties

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
