Event Planner & Brand Ambassador – Pandora’s Manor

Job description

Pandora’s Manor is seeking a personable, poised, and socially active brand ambassador to lead sales, guest services, and event planning while serving as the face of our boutique property in the High Point area.

The ideal candidate enjoys building connections, staying engaged in the local scene, and creating memorable guest experiences, and brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality or a related client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and manage their stay from arrival to departure

Be the go-to contact for guest needs, recommendations, and concerns

Coordinate with housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance teams

Maintain an inviting, polished atmosphere in all shared areas

Build relationships with local businesses and engage with the Triad’s events and cultural life

Represent Pandora’s Manor in the community and support local/national partnerships

Plan and host on-site events

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
