Description We are in the manufacturing industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. The individual will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our team and effectively collaborating with various staff members. This role will involve handling a variety of administrative tasks, managing calendars, coordinating executive communications, and maintaining an organized filing system.Responsibilities: Foster effective collaboration among team members and with the President Organize and manage meetings, including scheduling and ensuring all relevant details are communicated appropriately Coordinate travel arrangements focusing on efficiency and cost, and prepare itineraries Handle and organize paperwork and emails, ensuring timely response to incoming and outgoing correspondence Uphold a strict level of confidentiality when handling sensitive materials Maintain a professional image in the work area Interface with clients, taking calls, and responding to emails Coordinate events that take place outside the workplace Maintain an organized filing system for paper and electronic documents Review and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Demonstrable skills in Expense Reporting, Travel Coordination, and Calendar Management Proven ability to Schedule Meetings. Proficiency in using Concur for expense management Expertise in Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
