Executive Chef $100k

We are a busy Uptown Charlotte restaurant looking for an experienced Executive Chef. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of running a successful kitchen. Strong employee culture with a proven track record is a must. We are looking for someone who will not compromise on food quality and set standards for the kitchen.

We are an established restaurant, having been in business since before the pandemic. The majority of our menu contains established dishes and recipes, but there is a ton of room for creativy and new dishes that feature local, seasonal products that within the concept. The restaurant is fully staffed, but has a team that is hungry to learn and thrive. We have a strong wonership group, one that does not hesitate to invest in the business and does not hold back in replacing equipment that is hindering operations.

The role pays up to $100k for the right candidate. We offer a full package of benefits: Vacation and sick pay, all the insurances, travel discounts, 401k with an employer match, etc.
