Experienced Line Cook

Looking for 2 experienced line cooks to join our unique restaurant team. You have to be reliable, energized, and a team player. Creativity and a passion for food are highly desirable qualities. You need a minimum of 2 years’ flat grill experience as well as hands on other stations. We will train you at the pizza station if needed. FCG is a 90% scratch kitchen that also caters to the gluten free community. Open Tuesday through Saturday with no late nights as we close at 9:00pm. All major holidays off. This is a FT position.

Responsibilities

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, portioning meats, or preparing sauces)

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Answer, report and follow instructions

Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Stock inventory appropriately

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
