Experienced Senior Line Cook & Prep Cook – Carolina Charcuterie & Cate

Carolina Charcuterie & Catering is seeking an experienced, senior-level line cook who can also assist with prep work. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, able to run breakfast and lunch services efficiently, and can train junior kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and assist in all kitchen prep tasks

- Execute breakfast and lunch service with consistency and quality

- Train and support kitchen team members

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a line cook, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures

- Strong work ethic and reliability
