At the Global Headquarters in Düsseldorf, we are the contact for our country organizations and are promoting the change to an increasingly customer-centric organization. As Expert Customer Relationship Management you will plan towards improvement of CRM initiatives and will work closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, mostly central IT and country key-stakeholders.In this context, your responsibilities will include:Product strategy and Development Further develop data-driven communications and approaches in collaboration with IT and METRO countries and support product discovery. Planning, coordinating and perform quality checks and acceptance of new software products and functions.Roll out and harmonization: Lead the planning, conception and implementation of M.create solution (corporate solution for Printed and digital catalogues) with multichannel functionalities and modules to new countries to supports sales and marketing initiatives. Data Quality Check: Utilize various data points, ensure data quality and maintenance, and support the further development of technical setups.Optimization: Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve templates and catalogue usability.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational or technical issues reported by country teams or partners in a timely and efficient manner.Country Support: Provide hands on support to local teams (Countries and stakeholders), ensuring compliance with company processes, systems and policies(Legal, Marketing, purchasing) until issue resolution. Training and Guidance: Foster knowledge exchange and community building among CRM and country colleagues, manage and hold workshops and training courses for countries.
