Your role as F&B Supervisor:As F&B Supervisor, you are the heart of our F&B department. You ensure everything runs smoothly – from leading your team to streamlining operations in our outlets. You know how to motivate staff, delight guests, and seize commercial opportunities.What will you do?Coordinate and support the activities in our 4 different F&B outlets;Keep an overview during busy shifts and ensure smooth handovers;Create efficient staff schedules and lead the team on the floor;Coach and develop your colleagues, raising the level of service;Contribute ideas for process improvements and encourage upselling;Actively work alongside your team during peak times – teamwork makes the dream work!
