We are currently hiring for an experienced onsite Field Service Technician to provide technical assistance to customers regarding various hardware and software applications. Their main duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing different technical issues, assessing, and understanding user needs and issues and recommends technical fixes to end users.
  • Responsibilities for Field Service Technician
  • Works directly with end users to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems
  • Imaging, Installing applications, Scheduling with end users and inventory control. Primary duties will include IMAC (imaging, setup, and installation)
  • TOP 2 required skills- Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365), Refresh/IMAC, and VIP and Executive Support experience
  • General Hardware Troubleshooting and Break/Fix repairs of Laptops & Desktops
  • Identification, prioritization, resolution/fulfilment of customer incidents
  • Coordinates, diagnoses, and troubleshoots incoming customer inquiries
  • Provides case status updates
  • Implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines
  • Responds to and completes customer requests for services
  • Provides technical support to internal customers
  • Qualifications for Field Service Technician
  • CompTIA A+ (Highly Preferred)
  • 2-5 years of proven deskside support experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. Achieves SLA attainment rate of 90% or above
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and end users
  • Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company
  • Experience supporting a conference room with familiarity in AV hardware/software
