- Responsibilities for Field Service Technician
- Works directly with end users to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems
- Imaging, Installing applications, Scheduling with end users and inventory control. Primary duties will include IMAC (imaging, setup, and installation)
- TOP 2 required skills- Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365), Refresh/IMAC, and VIP and Executive Support experience
- General Hardware Troubleshooting and Break/Fix repairs of Laptops & Desktops
- Identification, prioritization, resolution/fulfilment of customer incidents
- Coordinates, diagnoses, and troubleshoots incoming customer inquiries
- Provides case status updates
- Implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines
- Responds to and completes customer requests for services
- Provides technical support to internal customers
- Qualifications for Field Service Technician
- CompTIA A+ (Highly Preferred)
- 2-5 years of proven deskside support experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. Achieves SLA attainment rate of 90% or above
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and end users
- Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company
- Experience supporting a conference room with familiarity in AV hardware/software
