Food & Beverage Manager

Job Responsibilities

Manage and lead Hospitality Managers and the food and beverage staff.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.

Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Business acumen and budget management skills.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field (preferred).
