You provide daily operational leadership to a team of 2 to 10 colleagues, ensuring smooth service across our various outlets. You are hands-on, participate actively in service, and act as the go-to person during your shift.Your key responsibilities:Guest Service & ExperienceWarmly welcoming and advising guests on menu and drinks;Taking orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen;Serving food and beverages in a professional and presentable way;Proactively responding to guest needs and encouraging upselling;Ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are maintained.Team Coordination & LeadershipTraining, mentoring, and motivating team members;Optimizing shift planning and identifying staffing issues together with the F&B Operations Manager;Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues.Operational DutiesHandling payments and using the POS system correctly;Resolving and reporting any discrepancies;Contributing to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.Events & BanquetingCoordinating event setups and ensuring facilities are guest-ready;Functionally managing staff during events;Ensuring smooth cooperation with other departments.
