You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.Our Financial Analysis and Reporting team is responsible for managing PwC’s financial risk through financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and tactical consulting. Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :4 year(s) of accounting, finance or PwC experiencePreferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Bachelor DegreePreferred Fields of Study :Accounting, FinancePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader and and/or a proven record of success in:

Understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting systems (SAP preferred) in order to perform critical month end close responsibilities and have an inquisitive mindset, intellectual curiosity, possess problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Demonstrates extensive abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs by:

Reviewing and analyzing the firm’s monthly results and prepping materials to be presented to the CFO so he has the data and insights needed to make strategic decisions/recommendations on behalf of the firm;

Demonstrating knowledge in developing and analyzing financial reporting requests including development of standardized reporting packages;

Demonstrating knowledge in teaming with other strategic groups on projects to provide solutions to challenges due to process and/or system changes, enhancements or leadership request;.

Designing and developing C-suite level presentations on financial results, ad hoc analysis, strategy and project updates for firm leaders, Finance Committee, and US Board;

Communicating as a dynamic presenter and comfortable taking complicated frameworks/ processes and presenting them in a straightforward and compelling way to internal stakeholders;

Participating on and/or leading business unit/platform portfolio reviews and in-depth analysis to provide insights to Segment and firm leadership so they can make informed decisions on each business;

Demonstrating proven ability to establish metrics, monitor departmental efficiencies and effectiveness and to act as a resource for department processes;

Demonstrating experience addressing the needs of the client, the Firm and other stakeholder;

Possessing the ability to assume formal responsibility for the quality of the team's work products;

Demonstrating ability in anticipating a range of possible solutions and opportunities, using research, analysis and consultation to reach sound conclusions;

Overseeing to completion, with little or no guidance, ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned by management utilizing past experience and standard industry practices to make judgment calls;

Possessing Microsoft suite, (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Essbase) with proficiency in the Google suite of products skills; and,

Utilizing various data visualization and automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, UI Path, and Power BI to create leadership reports/dashboards.
