Front End Developer

Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a front end developer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!Position Overview: As a Front End Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing user-facing features that enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of our web applications. Working closely with our design and back-end development teams, you will translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring seamless integration with our back-end services.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement user-facing features using modern web technologies.

Develop responsive web pages that are optimized for various devices and browsers.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and performance.

Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve our development processes and products.

Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or discovered during testing.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development workflows and methodologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design skills.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and feedback effectively.

Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
