Front-End Developer - AngularDirect Hire Charlotte, NC This is a full time position, hybrid, but some days in the office, so living in Charlotte or close by is a must! It is Front End development work, with the most needed skill; Angular 2 Other details are below: You will be responsible for the design, creation and testing of Angular web components and functionality. You will collaborate with SCRUM teams of solutions architects, Java back end development teams along and, data engineers in Americas, Europe and Asia. Additionally, there will be integration/visualizations with systems that provide digitalization in the areas of Connected Vehicle and Tire Monitoring for Passenger, Commercial, and Specialty (agriculture and mining) tire products and services.
  • Responsibility for the concept, prototype, technical design, and development of UI web components based on business requirements.
  • Collaboration with business partners to analyze user requirements and business objectives to determine application features and functionality.
  • Ability to facilitate a highly productive and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaboration with back-end team members for the development of restful APIs.
  • Collaboration with global team members in Europe and Asia.
  • Responsibility for the development of test code/test scenarios ensuring high quality.
  • Post roll-out, provide production support for the global web application.
  • Ability to efficiently debug and resolve technical issues.
  • Compile technical documentation and user assistance material, requiring excellent written communication.
  • Ensure continuous professional self-development.
  • Follow Scrum/Agile methodologies to organize and plan projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree and minimum 2 years relevant experience OR 4 years with no degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with JavaScript and related testing frameworks
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Angular 2+ Framework
  • Experience with web service integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with software development team members.
  • Exposure to BDD [Behavior Driven Development] / Test Driven development paradigms.
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
