Full Stack Engineer

Description:The Full Stack Engineer is a hands-on role supporting the Vulnerability Management Operations Program. The VMA is expected to perform security audit functions to scan, identify, validate, and remediate security vulnerabilities. This includes designing and deploying vulnerability identification programs and providing remediation guidance to the end users. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience building Web Applications, Rest API’s and/or Backend batch processes in Python. Our ideal candidate will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Knowledge of cloud-ready development and deployment is a plus!Responsibilities Include:· Building Docker Images (writing the code for the Dockerfile)· Coding Components for Web Applications, API’s, Command Line Tools, Data Pipeline Processes· Coding CI/CD workflows (Gitlab, AWS Code Deploy, Terraform)· Participate in Code reviews for standards, security, and efficiency· Preparation of Technical DocumentationSkills:Security, Cloud, python, angular, react, djangoAdditional Skills & Qualifications:· Fundamental understanding of Unix/Linux Operating System and commands is expected· Solid experience as a Python Developer (we are a “Python Shop”)· Experience with Python Frameworks and Libraries (specifically Django and FastAPI)· Familiarity with Kubernetes· Experience with Docker· Understanding of Databases (SQL and NoSQL)· Understanding of Python ORM’s (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM)· Experience with Graph Databases and GraphQL is a plus· Knowledge of Javascript.
