• Lead the development of complex technology initiatives with broad impact, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs.
• Develop and implement standards and companywide best practices for engineering large-scale technology solutions, making decisions based on industry best practices and new technologies.
• Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors.
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals.
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.

• Minimum of 5 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong experience with Core JAVA, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, JUNIT test coverage, and SQL Server or SQL.
• Experience working with Angular 9+, HTML5, Type script/Java script, CSS, PCF or other cloud technologies, CICD tools such as Jenkins, Udeploy, SonarQube, BlackDuck/Checkmarx or similar code scans, and GIT.
• Exposure to working with automation framework, agile environment, Kafka & Redis is preferred.
• Expertise in Java (4+ years), Angular (2+ years), Kafka (1+ years), and SQL (1+ years) is required.
