Geospatial Integration Engineer

Veteran Data Solutions is seeking to fill the Geospatial Integration Engineer position. Veteran Data Solutions is a competent and passionate innovation and engineering firm performing since 2008, VetDS (Veteran Data Solutions, L.L.C.) offer a wide range of services and solutions to support: imagery and sensor based intelligence operations and sustainment services, rapid development/rapid delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Computer Vision (CV) capabilities and turnkey end-to-end solutions that also includes contractor-owned and contractor-operated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (COCO/ISR) platforms ultimately delivering Information-as-a-Service in real-time as the events are unfolding. VetDS is a cleared Center for Veteran Enterprise (CVE) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business owned (SDVOSB) and is directly managed by former USAF special operations operators and system engineers.

• A successful expert GIS Integrations Engineer shall perform advanced-level planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of test and produce custom applications. Expert GIS Integration Engineer will have a minimum of eight years of system integration experience.
• Shall possess the ability to create and develop custom tools utilizing RDBMS, NoSQL data stores, and distributed processes of large datasets.
• Performs high-level/expert intelligence systems architecture design and evaluation.
• Shall possess strong oral and written communication skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinates.
• Shall possess high level/expert ability to manage and work with static and dynamic streaming geospatial-oriented data.
• Shall be proficient in C# and Python programming languages.
• The Senior GIS Integrations Engineer is required to obtain and maintain currency of the appropriate level certification in accordance with DODD 8570.01.
