The Growth Technology Manager is key to driving engagement engine. Your role is to help innovate and improve our sophisticated data ecosystem while also serving as the “expert” on system functionality and logistics. We need someone that has hands-on experience working with large amounts of data, data pipelines, and data systems with a particular focus on working cross-functionally to solve problems, troubleshoot and produce resolutions when issues occur.What You Will Do:Act as the technical operations team lead and take ownership as the expert on our sophisticated data ecosystemHelp uplevel and guide more junior members of the team in navigating our data structuresPartner with marketing leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to contribute to and advocate for tooling and process enhancementsShepherd issue resolution efforts as primary data ecosystem expertPartner with marketing managers to execute omni channel campaigns using a state of the art proprietary marketing automation platformUtilize your analytical and technical skills to create segmentation and targeting strategies using our data platformProvide troubleshooting/triage support for high priority issues outside of traditional business hours (estimated 5-10 hours of after hours support weekly).Where needed, support flexed working hours to cover US time zone differences.Work closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, Copy, Design and Brand to bring our campaigns to lifeEnsure the experience we create for our members are of the highest quality
