Handyman - $35 an hour

Looking for a 1 man team for Handyman Services. No office work required. We find the jobs, do the scheduling and invoicing. All you have to do is show up and get the job done with great quality and on schedule. Start time is according to your preferred schedule.

Requirements are 10 years or more experience in all areas of construction and a truck or cargo van with no sign. You will also need all tools for any kind of project and need to be able to handle a 32' ladder. We have ladder's you can barrow if needed. Jobs are on contract bases with jobs that last anywhere from 1 to 5 days and some up to 2 weeks. The job is a full time positions 35 -45 hrs. per week depending on what you would like us to schedule you at. Start time and quit time each day is flexible to your schedule. Most of the work is in Cary, Apex and Morrisville. If you are looking for a friendly working environment, you will find it working with us. No micro managing and the jobs are calculated on the

high side so you can keep the extra pay.
