Handyman Needed – $30/Hour, Steady Full-Time Work

Leslie & Associates, Inc. is the largest property management company in Asheville. We have managed homes, apartments, and commercial buildings here for more than 40 years, and we are looking for a dependable handyman to join our team of subcontractors.

This is steady work for the right person. We have repairs and turnovers every week.

What You’ll Do (No Licensing Required):

General maintenance and repair

Trim, doors, locks, hardware

Drywall patching and paint

Minor exterior repairs

Turnover work between tenants

Basic punch lists

No plumbing, no electrical, no HVAC required. We have licensed trades for that. We need someone who is handy, reliable, and can keep properties looking clean, tight, and functional.

What We Offer:
