As a Hardware Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage a team of hardware engineers to develop and deliver high-quality products. 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development
Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
Experience with hardware testing and validation
Excellent leadership and communication skillsWE VALUE Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc. based on job title
Experience in leading and ownership of complex hardware projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to drive results and meet project deadlines
