Head of Group Financing (m/f/d)

Your tasks:Treasury: Manage daily Corporate Treasury market and liquidity risks, and long-term funding and capital needs.Responsibility: Implement DCM measures, including documentation preparation and contract negotiation for credit lines and guarantees.Strategy: Develop and execute hedging strategies, including valuation of financial instruments.Routine: Oversee Debt Issuance Programme and participate in financial closings.Communication: Serve as primary contact for auditors, internal counterparts, investors, creditors, and banks on treasury-related matters.
