Desired 3 YearsOrganizational Change Management experience Highly desired 3 YearsThe State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS), Division of Information Technology (ITD) seeks an experienced Communications and IT Governance Specialist to join the Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) Program Office (PMO).The Communications Specialist will be responsible for leading/supporting efforts associated with project and program level communications pertaining to governance forums management and administration.The Communications Specialist is also responsible for facilitating IT Governance forums, such as Executive and Change Control boards. The ideal candidate is an expert in Robert’s Rules.Interface with business stakeholders may occur daily.
