We have a great entry-level opportunity for someone who excels at customer support and troubleshooting technical issues! Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and is a contract to hire opportunity.Major responsibilities- Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally- Provide support for field, troubleshoot POS system issues- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via ticketing system Requirements - Less than one year of experience required-POS (point of sale) experience required- Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn- Practical knowledge in configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Understanding of basic networking concepts- IT support ticketing system experience highly valued- Call Center Customer Service experience preferred- Expertise in Tier 1 Support- Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service- Comprehensive knowledge of Dispatching Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
