Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Belmont, North Carolina. This role involves providing first-level technical support in a call center environment, responding to inquiries from various locations across the country. The Help Desk Analyst I will be a vital part of our team, addressing issues related to technical aspects and ensuring top-notch customer service.Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, tickets, and walk-ups, providing prompt response and resolution. Provide technical assistance related to Android and Apple iPhone devices, as well as Mac and Microsoft computers. Work on platforms such as Active Directory and Microsoft SharePoint to manage and resolve issues. Utilize knowledge of Cisco and Citrix Technologies for problem-solving. Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary. Handle hardware issues, demonstrating proficiency in computer hardware. Work on configuration management and deployments to ensure smooth operation. Provide support for shop floor systems and processes. Uphold high standards of patience and customer service at all times. Requirements Proficiency in Android Development Expertise in Cisco Technologies Knowledge of Citrix Technologies Familiarity with Mac Computers and Apple Devices including iPhone Proficiency in Microsoft products and Active Directory Understanding of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management Experience with Deployments and Microsoft SharePoint Familiarity with Shop Floor operations Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Android and Apple iPhone Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a team and independently Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong customer service skills and client orientation Availability to work in shifts if required Willingness to keep up with new technology trends and innovations Relevant certifications will be considered a plus.
