Help Desk Technician for our client in

Cary, NC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Triaging – providing resolution and fulfillment and traffic cop for deeper tech needs.
  • Tier 1/break/fix, password reset, PC won't boot up, etc. 60%

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in service desk environment
  • Experienced working with users of varying tech level
  • Experience with ticketing tool (they use ServiceNow)
  • Working knowledge Active Directory (GPO tree structures, routing, privileges, etc.)
  • Microsoft Suite troubleshooting
  • Strong foundation – Someone with DRIVE and willingness for continuous growth
  • SOFT SKILLS – meet people where they are from tech perspective
