Helper for Flooring Installer Needed

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our small team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in various flooring types and possess a strong understanding of installation techniques. This role requires a commitment to quality craftsmanship and the ability to work efficiently in diverse environments, including residential and commercial settings.

Full-time, Part-time work

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week (variable)

Job Duties:

Maintain a clean and organized work area on sites.

Complete various tasks associated with installing floors (carrying boxes of flooring/tile, assisting installers, moving furniture, etc.)

Job Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Fluent in English required.

Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

Must have a secure means of transportation to various job sites in the Wilmington and surrounding areas.
