Helper → Future Team Lead (Landscaping, $16-$20/hr + Bonuses)

We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable person who wants to grow into a leadership role. You’ll start as a helper, learn our systems and standards, and be ready to step into a Team Lead position when our lead transitions out.

This role is perfect for someone who:

What You’ll Do:

- Mowing, string-trimming, edging, blowing

- Bush trimming & small tree cutting

- Weed removal & spraying

- Mulch & pine needle installs

- Hauling debris to landfill

- Support the current lead and learn our processes for quality and efficiency

- Follow checklists and videos to ensure quality work on jobs

When You Become Team Lead:

- Lead jobs independently

- Work with and manage helpers on-site

- Communicate with customers (sometimes) and office

- Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards

Requirements:

- Physical ability to lift 50lb+ and work outdoors in all weather

- 1+ year landscaping experience

- Reliable, professional, respectful attitude

- Valid driver’s license

- Own reliable truck to haul trailer PREFERRED (mileage paid)

Pay & Benefits:

- $16–$20/hr starting as a helper (based on experience + paid trial day performance)

- Performance bonuses: earn a % of job profit; more efficiency = more pay

- Raises on base pay for consistent reliability, even if bonuses aren’t hit

- Growth path: helper → Team Lead with higher base pay
