Test Data Management (TDM) Solution Architect Cary, NC (Day 1 onsite) Full Time Experience: Minimum 10+ Years of experience with 8+ in Test Data Management space Skillsets:

• Strong experience in establishing TDM Centre of Excellence at an enterprise level
• Strong experience in installation and implementation of any TDM tool across enterprise
• Having knowledge of different TDM tools in the market and able to compare them for best fit depending on customer scenarios
• Good understanding of different data models and database architecture
• Developing methods and processes for synthetic test data generation
• Hands on experience in implementing core TDM capabilities like Data profiling, Data Subset, Data Masking, Data Mining, Data Reservation across the enterprise on both on premise and cloud based applications
• Experienced in developing TDM Solutions for Big Data, Hadoop and cloud based applications
• Experience in building TDM solutions with Tools recommendations as well as TDM process for large and complex systems across technologies
• Have strong understanding and experience of the Testing lifecycles and test processes in the Agile world for both Manual and Automation
• Highly motivated to take on challenging work and see through completion.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in handling customers "

• Build solutioning for Test Data Management for US based global customers
• Carry on with TDM assessment and suggest strategy, plan and roadmap
• Build TDM tooling strategy and governance model for TDM across enterprise
• Prepare blueprint and roadmap for TDM implementation.
• Coach team for problem solving on different TDM challenges.
• Work with customer in building enterprise wise working model for TDM.
• Solving problem and challenges that may occur during implementation of TDM.
