Responsibilities Include:

Answering multiline phones

Customer service duties including answering questions/concerns from team members and management

Processing changes in HRIS including address updates, phone number changes, tax updates, etc.

Maintain and distributes current information on policies and procedures

Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports

Tracks employee information such as attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination information.

Process employment applications and assist in screening applicants as needed from hiring team.

Update employee files

Assist with participation and summary of internal and external surveys

Notify higher level personnel of any potential issues, grievances, etc.

Any other job tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven work experience as an Administrative or HR professional

Excellent communication skills

Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline

Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices

Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, HRIS, etc.)

Familiarity with social media, especially Facebook

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience in an HR environment preferred
